Sylvester M. Wrenn

S

y Wrenn, as president of Wrenn Construction Services is ultimately responsible for ensuring the consistent, high level of construction services to all of  Wrenn’s clients, as well as establishing the overall direction and policies of the company.  With more than a thirty five years of hands-on experience in managing over $500 million in construction, it’s not surprising that Sy is often sought out by owners and architects to consult on building matters.  His role as a leader and authority are unquestioned.

 

A graduate of Boston's Wentworth Institute’s Architectural Engineering program, Sy spent the first 15 years of his career with the internationally-known Turner Construction Company.  Beginning as a Site Field Engineer, he rose rapidly through the management ranks to become a Project Superintendent, where he was responsible for projects up to $53 million in scope.

 

Sy currently serves as Chairman of the Board for CASA of New Hampshire (Court Appointed Special Advocates).  He is a Past Master of the Russell Masonic Lodge, a member of the Aleppo Temple Shrine, former chairman of the NH ACE Committee (Architects, Contractors and Engineers), and a former director of Plan-NH.  Sy holds a Massachusetts Supervisor’s license.

aul has over 23 years of hands on construction experience, 21 years of which was with Wrenn Associates and now part of  Wrenn Construction Services. He was educated at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He also completed courses sponsored by Associated Builders and Contractor’s in site layout, construction supervision, estimating and site safety.  Paul is a licensed Construction Supervisor in the state of Massachusetts.

 

Paul is responsible for client satisfaction, contract conformance, supervising the work on the jobsite, as well as maintaining quality control and safety.  Paul supports the onsite project staff lending his guidance and experience to the field superintendents.
